About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Care Specialist to join our team at Westgate Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Tasks
  • Deliver person-centered care, prioritizing the needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.

  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11.00 per hour, plus a night and weekend enhancement of 50p per hour.
