Job Title: Resident Care Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to support residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing, developing individual care plans, and choosing meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Assist residents in maintaining their dignity and independence by providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
