**Responsibilities:**

Your primary responsibilities as a Healthcare Support Worker will include:

  • Supporting residents with their daily activities, such as washing and dressing, developing individual care plans, and assisting with meal choices
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents, promoting their dignity and independence
  • Communicating effectively with residents, relatives, and colleagues, prioritizing workload, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with other tasks, such as serving food and helping residents with eating and drinking

**Requirements:**

To be successful as a Healthcare Support Worker, you should possess:

  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • A caring nature, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided
