Clinical Care Specialist role at Westgate Healthcare


As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents are met.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Supporting the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures
  • Ensuring residents have access to medical, social, and other care workers as required
  • Maintaining infection control policies and procedures
  • Working in line with Care Quality Commission guidelines and NMC code of conduct

Requirements for the role:



  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Recognised qualification as a Registered General Nurse
  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
  • Good written communication skills and ability to lead a team
  • Compassionate and caring nature, positive attitude, and flexible work ethic
