Sales Consultant Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Sales Consultant, working closely with clients to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PropTech sector and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects
* Manage multiple deals and leads simultaneously
* Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a sales role within the PropTech sector
* Strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate markets
* Proven ability to work with all levels of real estate teams
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in sales of tech-driven solutions or mobile engagement platforms
What We Offer
* Competitive basic salary £40k - £45k depending on experience
* Uncapped OTE £51k+ to £56k+ (based on performance)
