We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Strategist to lead our business growth and commercial operations in the European Insurance market. This is a unique opportunity for a self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to create a market strategy and execute it successfully.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding revenue growth targets, with at least 10 years of experience in Cloud PaaS or SaaS business, preferably in a senior management or director level role. They will be responsible for delivering direction, development, management, and implementation of strategies designed to grow the business, creating and executing territory business plans, and establishing and maintaining business-to-business relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

As a key member of our team, you will enable enterprise clients to deliver digital transformation and business outcomes through IT transformation, provide direct management of functional managers, and develop and effectively coach high potential talent. You will also drive high-performance standards and a cohesive culture throughout the region.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, and a proven ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach. Experience in Cloud, PaaS, SaaS, API, RPA, and InsurTech industry is highly preferred.
