About the RoleThis role involves driving mandatory training and promoting professional development within the nursing team. You will need to keep abreast with new initiatives and interventions, and ensure that our nursing team has the skills and knowledge they need to deliver high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in acute settings, and a clear understanding of governance issues. They will also be able to demonstrate evidence of ongoing professional development and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff
- Promote professional development within the team
- Ensure adherence to governance policies and procedures
- RGN experience at band 5 level
- Surgical settings experience
- Leadership and change management skills
The estimated annual salary for this position is £42,821 - £50,066, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will also receive access to ongoing professional development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
