Main Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and best practices
- Support the culinary team in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, stock levels, and other administrative tasks
- Participate in regular cleaning and maintenance routines to ensure kitchen hygiene
- Contribute to staff training and development initiatives
To succeed in this position, you should possess:
- A basic food handling skills certification or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
