We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef Manager to lead our culinary team at our Retirement Village in Great Easton, Essex.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. The role involves planning, creating menus, and directing the culinary team to deliver an elevated dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct food preparation and cooking operations
  • Manage the culinary team, foster a positive work environment, and promote teamwork
  • Develop and implement menu planning, inventory management, and cost control strategies
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, supplies, and maintenance schedules

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. A strong background in culinary arts, hospitality management, or a related field is essential.
