Exciting Opportunity at Windmill Village Hotel

The Windmill Village Hotel, Golf Club & Spa is a dynamic family business seeking an experienced Wedding & Events Sales Executive to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing all areas of weddings and events, while maximizing hotel revenues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take enquiries and bookings in an efficient manner, ensuring maximum sales revenue for the hotel.
  • Be fully conversant with facilities, services, and special promotions offered by the hotel, and pass this information onto guests to maximize sales.
  • Maintain and manage the events diary, ensuring all bookings are inputted directly upon receipt and updated where necessary.
  • Handle all telephone and written enquiries regarding availability for potential wedding or function space.
  • Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
