Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Technician to provide support to external clients at Senitor Associates Ltd.

This is a strong opportunity for individuals with diverse IT support experience to develop their skills and advance their careers. Prior experience within an MSP would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage tickets, including providing updates to clients and feeding back to other team members to ensure resolution
  2. Assist with internal project implementation
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose a broad spectrum of IT-related issues
  4. Configure and install new equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Windows Operating System and Windows Server
  2. Active Directory
  3. Office 365, including SharePoint, Entra, Intune and general applications
  4. Networking skills including TCP/IP and working with Firewalls
  5. Basic understanding of PowerShell

Estimated Salary: £30,000 per annum

We require an individual with 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
