About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at FMCG Exec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with top-tier retailers and manufacturers in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and innovation in the FMCG sector, leveraging your expertise in relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Partnership Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure target achievement and outstanding client service.
  • Account Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative solutions to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless service delivery and drive business results.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and provide thought leadership to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in a senior account management role, preferably in the FMCG manufacturing sector.
  • Skills: Strong relationship-building, leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
