Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to join our team in the Cotswolds. As a key member of our portfolio leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties, places, and facilities meet the highest standards of health and safety, environmental sustainability, and fire and security compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage facilities management services and maintenance across a broad portfolio of properties and countryside in the Cotswolds.
- Collaborate with other Heads of Department, the Business Services team, and Estate team to deliver excellent standards of maintenance, presentation, and customer service.
- Work within appropriate Trust procedures and conservation guidelines to manage premises, equipment, and compliance systems.
- Oversee business continuity, emergency planning, risk profile, and environmental audit processes.
- Promote health and safety awareness across the portfolio and work towards effective energy management.
As a Facilities Manager with the National Trust, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the conservation of our historic properties and countryside. You will also have the chance to work collaboratively with a talented team of professionals and make a real difference in the communities we serve.
