About the Role

You will be responsible for developing personalized care plans that cater to each individual's unique needs, interests, and abilities. This will involve engaging with the residents, building strong relationships, and promoting independence and autonomy.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, including an annual quality and commercial bonus. Benefits include a comprehensive training program, a pension scheme, and access to our wellbeing programs.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years' experience in residential care for children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position within the last 5 years. A driving license is also required.
