We are currently working with one of our Partnership Schools who are seeking a full-time SEN Site Manager to join their team. As a professional recruiter with extensive experience in the UK market, we understand the importance of finding the right candidate to provide essential support to our pupils.

This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday during term time, with an estimated annual salary of £28,000 - £38,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the school premises are secure and well-maintained
  • Maintaining good Health & Safety practices within the school
  • Overseeing the upkeep of external areas
  • Managing the control and storage of cleaning materials and supplies
  • Reporting any concerns about equipment or machinery condition

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE

  • A good general standard of education (GCSE Grade 4/C in English and Maths or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Ability to drive
  • The ability to identify risks and implement strategies to minimise those risks
  • The genuine desire to make a positive difference and contribute to the lives of young people
