School Premises and Maintenance Lead

Our client is a Partnership School seeking a full-time SEN Site Manager to join their team. As a leading recruiter with two decades of experience in the UK market, we understand the importance of finding the right candidate to support our pupils' needs.
This is a 40-hour per week position, Monday to Friday during term time, with an estimated annual salary of £30,000 - £40,000. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to:
- Ensure the school premises are secure, accessible, and well-maintained
- Develop and implement effective Health & Safety protocols
- Maintain the upkeep of external areas, including grounds and facilities
- Manage the control, monitoring, and storage of cleaning materials and supplies
- Report any concerns about equipment or machinery condition
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess
- A good general standard of education (GCSE Grade 4/C in English and Maths or equivalent)
- Experience working with children and young people
- Ability to drive
- The ability to identify risks and implement strategies to minimise those risks
- The genuine desire to make a positive difference and contribute to the lives of young people
