We are seeking a reliable and inspirational Cover Supervisor to support our partner schools in Stamford. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our schools, providing a positive learning environment for students, and supporting teachers in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the classroom, maintaining a safe and respectful environment for students.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons, ensuring students remain on task and engaged.
  • Foster a positive learning culture, promoting academic achievement and social development.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, using strategies to minimize disruptions and promote a productive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with school staff, including teachers, teaching assistants, and other support staff, to ensure seamless support for students.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting, with a strong understanding of child development and learning principles.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different school environments, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance or a willingness to obtain one, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students.
