English Cover Supervisor Position

Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated English Cover Supervisor to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a supportive and productive learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead classes in the absence of the regular teacher, maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere for students.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, contributing to a collaborative school community.
- Apply your subject knowledge and expertise to support student learning and engagement across various subjects and age groups.
- Assist with classroom management and administrative tasks, developing your organizational and leadership skills.
- Gain valuable experience that aligns with your academic background and interests, helping you make informed decisions about your future career path.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Knowledge of the English curriculum is desirable.
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or related role is preferred but not required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and colleagues effectively.
