The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch desktop support and troubleshooting, managing tickets, and ensuring new starters have the necessary IT equipment to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional desktop support and troubleshooting services
  • Manage tickets efficiently and escalate when necessary
  • Provide new starters with necessary IT equipment
  • SUPPORT laptops, PCs, and mobile devices
  • Contribute to IT projects that drive business impact

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
