Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audio Visual Services Technician to join our team at KVL Audio Visual Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio visual equipment, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

In this role, you will work closely with the team to deliver seamless event execution, providing top-notch technical expertise and knowledge of audio visual equipment. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading equipment from trucks, pushing cases, and stacking/down-stacking cases in various locations.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong technical understanding of audio visual equipment, and the ability to remain adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and Operation: Set up and operate audio visual equipment, including speakers, mixers, projectors, and other gear, as required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, work well with a team, and maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Equipment Handling: Load and unload equipment from trucks, push cases, stack/down-stack cases, and move gear between rooms.
  • Technical Understanding: Strive to remain technically adept in ever-changing environments, downloading equipment manuals as needed.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
