Job Responsibilities:

The AV Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical oversight and support throughout the design and installation process
  • Communicating with customers and stakeholders regarding AV requirements and budget constraints
  • Designing integrated or standalone AV solutions, collaborating with project managers and other engineers as needed
  • Commissioning AV equipment, including control systems and DSP configurations
  • Documenting technical information for field installation

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the Audio Visual field
  • A college or technical degree, preferred
  • Valid design, engineering, or installation certifications (AVIXA CTS-I or CTS-D preferred, required within a year)
  • Availability for travel and willingness to work as part of a hybrid team
  • Knowledge of Crestron programming and experience with AV manufacturers like Crestron, Biamp, Extron, Atlona, Sure, and Cisco
