About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor in Colne. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising customers on shoe care and accessories, and achieving daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories, achieving daily sales targets and KPIs
  • Be self-aware, taking responsibility for your own learning and development
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining a friendly and engaging attitude
  • Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom

Requirements
