We are looking for a dedicated Senior Care Professional to join our team as a Nights Healthcare Coordinator. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your role will involve supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management and care planning.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants
- Support the clinical team in medication management and care planning
We are seeking individuals with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, and excellent communication skills.
