Sterling Cross is now looking for an experienced Regional Senior Care Assistant to join their team in Norwich. As a Regional Care Assistant, you will provide advanced elements of care, mentor junior team members, and support residents across the area.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a mixed shift pattern. You must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle, as you will be required to move between homes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months' experience as a healthcare assistant in an elderly care setting and hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. A willingness to complete NVQ Level 3 is desirable.
