About the Role

As a Regional Senior Care Assistant, you'll deliver high-quality care and support to help our residents achieve their full potential. You'll oversee the delivery of care, contribute to person-centred care planning, and document observations.

The role is varied and involves providing companionship and emotional support. Every resident should enjoy meaningful one-to-one time with carers, every shift.

About Your Skills

A background in elderly care is essential. You'll need a good understanding of healthcare principles and a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care. A strong knowledge of the wider healthcare industry is required. Dedicated and compassionate individuals will go above and beyond to support residents' wellbeing.

You'll travel across the area, so you'll either need your own car or ready access to one. We'll cover mileage when you travel over five miles from your main home.

Compensation Package

$25,000 - $30,000 per year, plus an attractive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care
  • C or above in GCSE English and Maths
  • Good understanding of elderly care and wider healthcare industry
