Reed HR is seeking a skilled Senior HR Advisor to support our client's HR department on an ongoing temporary assignment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global organization with 300 employees, providing a diverse and challenging work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of employment law, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing HR support and guidance to employees and management

  • Staying up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations

This is a hybrid role, with the option to work from home and in the office. The successful candidate will be required to work in the office for the first few weeks to get to know the team and learn from other employees.
