Growth Kitchen is a dynamic food technology company on a mission to revolutionize the way people eat. Our innovative platform enables kitchen operators to sell well-known restaurant brands, such as The Athenian, from their existing kitchens.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in building our network of kitchen operators. Based in London, you will have the opportunity to visit prospective kitchen partners across the country, meeting and working with incredible restaurateurs and entrepreneurs to help them boost their revenues and profits.

This is a full-cycle sales role, but you will receive support with lead generation from direct SDR reports. You will have the chance to define how your team generates leads, negotiates deals, and closes contracts.

Growth Kitchen is a young and small team, but we're not your average tech sales company. We're a nimble sales team with lots of flexibility, reporting directly to one of the Founders. We hold ourselves and everyone around us to high standards. If you want to have a major impact on our growth outlook while rocket-fueling your career in sales, you will love working here.

We have an incredible sense of urgency to deliver on our mission and are growing fast. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new kitchen partners
  • Carrying out meetings with leading restaurants to explain our concept and close deals
  • Helping us build a scalable sales organization
  • Building a career in sales

Requirements

  • Recently graduated from a top-tier university
  • Work experience through placement, internship, or a full/part-time job
  • Desire to get involved in dynamic startups, deal with curve balls, and learn and build a career in sales
  • Passion for the food sector and technology
  • A clear communicator with the client at the front of their mind
