Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at HR Services and Solutions. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing assigned accounts within a defined territory, maximizing sales opportunities, and delivering new business sales from competitor accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned accounts within a defined territory
  • Maximize sales opportunities and deliver new business sales from competitor accounts
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and General Manager to formulate the Sales and Marketing strategy for the business
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
  • Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Solid commercial background in MEWPS or related Rental sectors
  • Proven track record of growing sales and profit margins
  • Ability to identify new product opportunities and work with customers to position our company as their partner of choice
  • Driving license is a prerequisite
  • Good team player and self-starter able to work remotely with the support of the HQ
  • Good knowledge of relevant CRM processes
