Job Description

We are seeking a talented and organized individual to assist with listing donated products on our Sue Ryder eBay page. As an eBay listings assistant, you will be responsible for researching and valuing items, taking high-quality product photographs, and preparing items for dispatch.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and value items for sale on eBay
  • Take high-quality product photographs to showcase items in the best possible light
  • Prepare items for dispatch and ensure they are ready for customers
  • Write engaging item descriptions that highlight the product's features and benefits
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service, answering any questions they may have

You will work closely with our team to achieve our fundraising goals and contribute to the success of our Sue Ryder eBay page.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent IT skills and good literacy
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Previous experience using eBay or equivalent eCommerce platforms
