As part of our efforts, we're seeking a Programme & Deployment Senior Manager to develop strategy and execute programmes that reduce carbon emissions and improve the sustainability of our in-station and road operations.

This role is cross-functional, requiring collaboration with operations, tech, finance, and deployment teams to identify and implement customer experience, sustainability, and cost-saving improvements.

  • Capable of taking accountability and driving planning, resolution, and execution.
  • Responsible for delivering key metrics, including programme performance, growth, on-time execution, and launches.
  • Work closely with Product teams to understand product fit with EU marketplaces and/or customer expectations, identify potential benefits for the business, and prioritise projects within the roadmap.
  • Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management using common knowledge platforms.
  • Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas, and multitasking.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience defining programme requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA
  • Experience owning programme strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
