Industrial Truck Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Truck Technician to join our team at Briggs Equipment. As a Field Forklift Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of industrial, agricultural, and warehousing trucks and ancillary equipment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and a strong ability to work independently, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out fault diagnosis to identify reported breakdowns and ensure maximum profitability and return.
- Provide a professional, efficient, and responsive service support to customers by maintaining and repairing materials handling equipment to the highest standard.
- Accurately complete all paperwork required within the role, including servicing sheets, breakdown reports, accident reports, timesheets, quotes, etc., in a timely fashion.
- Work closely with the sales team, informing them of any potential leads, and participate in site surveys and site meetings as required.
