About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations to join our team at the University of Manchester. As a Senior Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and researching in the area of Human Resource Management and Employment Relations at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. You will also be expected to lead and develop expertise in key areas through research and engagement, and participate in the administrative activities of AMBS.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Estimated salary range is based on the assumption of a 35-hour working week and 52 weeks of work per year. The actual salary will be pro-rata to the successful candidate's starting salary.
