Child Welfare Specialist

NonStop Consulting is seeking an experienced Care Services Supervisor to lead a small team of carers in the Nottinghamshire area. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are met, while also supporting the development of new foster carers.

Responsibilities:
As a Care Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- • Holding a small caseload of carers in the Nottinghamshire area
• Providing supervision and support to ensure the highest standards of care are met
• Being involved in the recruiting of foster carers
What You Will Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- • 3 years post-qualified experience in Fostering or Looked after Children
• Extensive knowledge of Child Protection
• Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
• A driver's license
Benefits and Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, including a £1,500 car allowance. Other benefits include 30 days annual leave + bank holidays, training opportunities, access to therapist and wellbeing support, and flexible working arrangements.
