Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Child Development Specialist to join our team at a private day nursery in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification or above, extensive experience working with young children in an early years setting, and a deep understanding of child development principles.
About the Nursery:
The nursery provides high-quality care and learning opportunities for 50 children. They support children's development through activities that foster a love of books and reading, communication and language skills, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and stimulating environment that promotes physical, emotional, and cognitive development
- Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them
Requirements:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification or above
- Proven experience working with young children in an early years setting
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Valid UK Driving License and access to a car
