About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Construction business in Cumbria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for successfully managing allocated projects and their associated activities from conception to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering projects that meet customer requirements, satisfaction, and Morgan Sindall standards
  • Ensuring Perfect Delivery is achieved
  • Managing contractors within traditional construction projects
  • Applying safety legislation and commercial issues affecting projects
  • Motivating colleagues to achieve high standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager
  • Education to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline
  • Experience working and managing contractors within traditional construction projects
  • Sound understanding and experience in the application of safety legislation
  • Good understanding of commercial issues affecting projects
  • Excellent management skills
