Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to join our team at International Erosion Control Association. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical direction for one large, complex project or several small and/or medium size projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with client representatives, A/E representatives, subcontractors, end users, security, etc. to ensure project is constructed safely in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
  • Help establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy.
  • Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc. are interpreted as required.
  • Assist in maintaining official project log and documentation files.

Requirements

  • 4 year construction management/engineering degree or equivalent professional training and experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience and knowledge of related commercial construction experiences.
  • Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
