About the Role
Mace is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our projects and deliver exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring they align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to deliver projects.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring they are properly documented and mitigated.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and progress tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
