As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing 24/7 care and support to children in our residential homes. You will work closely with our team to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that allows our young people to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children in our residential homes

  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of each child
  • Participate in recreational activities and outings with the children
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
