Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for HR service development, ensuring alignment with the Council's objectives and financial efficacy.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and HR professionals, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
