Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent HR services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Extensive commercial experience developing large-scale HR servicesExperience of working at a senior level in local government or a comparable regulated organizationHigh standards for service delivery, ensuring our partners receive best-in-class solutions to their HR needsStrong business acumen and commercial awarenessExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
