**Key Role in Bournemouth Education Sector**

Five Education is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Support Professional to join our team in Bournemouth. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with Special Education Needs (SEN). The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, young people or adults who display challenging behaviour, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils 1:1 in class and around the school, helping them access the curriculum and adapting lessons to meet their individual needs. They will also be required to establish a strong rapport with pupils and provide individualised support to help them succeed academically and personally.

This full-time position involves working term-time only, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm. A car may be advantageous but is not essential for commuting to the school. We offer an excellent salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, reflecting the demands and requirements of this vital role.

Key Responsibilities:
