About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the well-being of our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times. You will also recognize and understand clinical risk areas in residents and take prompt action to address them.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £18,500 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and development opportunities, access to a pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement. We also provide a DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare Group Ltd..

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You should be able to demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and other people in the home, be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions, and be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
