Job Overview

Ellern Mede Group is a leading provider of eating disorder services, and we are seeking a dedicated dietetic assistant to join our team. As a dietetic assistant, you will work under the guidance of our specialist eating disorder dietitian to provide high-quality nutrition care to our patients.

Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with patients to ensure they follow their prescribed diet plans and maintain adequate fluid intake.
  2. Collaborate with our nursing team to monitor patients' weight and dietary compliance.
  3. Offer guidance to patients and their families on making informed food choices.
  4. Edit, print, and distribute patient menus as required.
  5. Provide additional support to patients who need assistance with menu completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong foundation in numeracy and literacy is essential for this role.
  • Motivation, enthusiasm, and a mature, caring attitude are key personal qualities we seek in our ideal candidate.
  • A flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.
