The Oakleaf Partnership is a globally-renowned luxury skincare brand seeking an experienced French-speaking Internal Recruiter to play a key role in their ambitious growth plans across Europe. Based in their vibrant Liverpool Street office in London, this full-time onsite role includes frequent travel to Paris and the opportunity to make a strategic impact on their workforce planning and recruitment processes.

Job Summary:
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent aligned with the brand ethos and growth goals.
  • Partner with leaders to anticipate hiring needs, develop workforce plans, and support business growth across Europe, particularly France.
  • Take the lead on talent acquisition as they scale their operations in France and beyond.
  • Regularly visit the Paris office to collaborate with stakeholders, understand local market needs, and strengthen cross-border relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
  2. Workforce Planning: Analyze business requirements and provide insights to inform workforce planning decisions.
  3. Europan Expansion: Drive talent acquisition efforts to support the company's expansion into new markets.
  4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, high-touch recruitment experience for candidates.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven track record in internal recruitment, ideally within luxury, retail, or skincare industries.
  • Ability to partner with leaders on workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
  • Willigness to travel frequently to Paris and adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 plus bonus. The successful candidate will be based in London, with regular travel to Paris required.
