About the Role

The Head of Recruiting Excellence will be responsible for leading all aspects of the recruiting process, from strategic planning to hands-on execution. This includes developing a long-term global talent strategy, driving the employment brand, and optimizing recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global talent strategy that aligns with Sana Labs AB's vision and goals.
  • Lead the recruitment team to achieve ambitious hiring targets while maintaining extreme talent density.
  • Drive the employment brand to attract top talent and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of processes.

Experience in organizations that value talent density and are committed to excellence is essential. A strong background in building and managing headcount and capacity planning, combined with experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments, is also required.
