Job Title: Clinical Lead Health Visitor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead Health Visitor to join our team at East Lancashire NHS Hospitals Trust. As a key member of the 0-19 Universal Health Service, you will provide strong clinical leadership and supervision to an integrated 0-19 skill mixed team.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Health Child Programme 0-5 and be able to lead on its delivery. They will work in partnership with families, communities, and other professionals to proactively improve health outcomes for a defined caseload, population, or community. This will involve reducing the risks and impact of health inequalities through evidence-based public health services.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families. You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, which covers a wide area.

Salary: £35,755 - £42,683 per annum
