Senior Sales Executive

Overview: ARV Solutions Contracts is a leading provider of timber frame solutions, serving the needs of house builders and RPs across the UK. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of up to £60,000 (dependent on experience), plus a bonus scheme, car allowance, pension, and health cover. They will also enjoy 32 days' holiday, including statutory holidays, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies to drive growth and market share
- Building strong relationships with key clients and negotiating sales agreements
- Working closely with our senior management team to develop and implement sales plans
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. A strong understanding of the timber frame industry and effective negotiation skills are also essential.
