About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Video Analyst to join our Studio & Insights team at Reach PLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving reporting and insights for our dynamic video content across major platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain social credentials to take to market and media agencies, highlighting Reach's expertise in social video analytics.
  • Be the business expert across all major social analytics tools, including Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and TikTok Analytics.
  • Produce weekly social reports for Reach's major brands, covering key metrics such as reach, impressions, follower growth, video views, engagements, and revenue.
  • Use data to provide learnings and recommendations to wider teams and key personnel across Reach Studio.
  • Work with large data sets to provide in-depth insights, including YoY growth, demographic, and revenue growth on specific brands.
  • Create bespoke reports and dashboards for Studio teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring data is visualized in a clear and accessible format.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of social video analytics and ability to pull reports from native platforms and third-party tools.
  • Strong understanding of indirect revenues strategies across social and video.
  • Excellent knowledge of output quality, current trends, and platform differences.
  • Good knowledge of paid social across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snap.
  • Strong awareness of emerging social platforms and content consumption patterns.
  • Organic social media expertise and ability to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Background in social media analytics and analysis at an agency or media business.
