About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Video Analyst to join our team at Reach PLC. As a Social Video Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social video analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain social video analytics reports and dashboards to provide insights on customer engagement and behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for social video content optimization and improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of social video data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement social video analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior stakeholders on social video performance and trends.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of social video analytics tools and platforms, including Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Snap Studio, TikTok Analytics, and X Analytics.
