Job Title: Social Video Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Video Analyst to join our team at Reach PLC. As a Social Video Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social video analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain social video analytics reports and dashboards to provide insights on customer behavior and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Analyze social video data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of analytics insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social video analytics tools and technologies to ensure our analytics capabilities remain best-in-class.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of social video analytics tools and technologies, including Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Snap Studio, TikTok Analytics, and X Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective analytics tools.
